1.Themes from the Listening Sessions (Ron) and next steps
Completed 19 listening sessions with over 150 participants.
2. Next steps on DEI education planning
Siri sent out an email to the Gustavus community yesterday. Set expectations and spoke to what educational opportunities there will be. She will send another email to all in January.
3.Update on Linnaeus Deliberation Circle process
A circle group is being formed to do a robust engagement of the question and all information gathered will be forwarded to the board to make a decision.
4. Communication/information sharing – centralizing information, knowledge sharing, modeling change, transparency and trust
Working on a communication plan to share the information with everyone.
