1.Listening Sessions update.
Sessions have started and will continue through mid-December. Ron White and students are collecting information from each session.
2.Discussion of plan, communication, and tracking for DEI Education goal (100% students, faculty, and staff): MLK/Team Dynamics, DiversityEdu, and customized options
Bias, Microaggressions, and Race are all topics that the board would like the community to focus on for the upcoming education/training. Discussed possible vendors, what training might look like, and how all will be communicated to students, faculty, and staff.
